Refund policy
We have a 60-days return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return except items sold on Tiktok.
Exchange: No question asked. No breakage will be accepted.
All the products are eligible to exchange within 60 days except any breakage. Our designed products move very fast. Please note design or model of your product may subject to availability. The best way is to visit our store and exchange it on the spot or send it by courier. Once we receive your product, within 2 hours, we will update your account with store credit of the same value. We will notify you and you can choose your new product from our on-line store. Please note, in case of exchange you may have to pay for courier charges.Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund: No question asked.
All the product are eligible for refund except products sold on Tiktok. You can simply notify us by online Chat support or by sending us an email at info@ledesara.ca. We expect to receive pictures of your product. We don't need professional pictures, just click pictures with your mobile and attach them to your email. Please make sure you cover product tag and packing in the pictures. Once we are notified, our support team will send you a free shipping label by email. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns by Canada post mail:

Pack your item or items securely and include your return form. Put the Canada Post pre-paid mailing label on the outside of the package. Please give us a call at +1-647-946-2421 or use our live chat support to get a prepaid shipping label if you haven't received one.
You will receive a tracking number if you drop off your return shipment at the closest Canada Post outlet. The cost of return shipping will not be charged to you.
Refunds/Store credit:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund. The processing time of refund is 3 business days. If your refund is not approved, no worries, your money is still safe, we will issue you a store credit of the same value. In case seven business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ledesara.ca.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 1-3 business days for processing.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All approved refunds will be credited to your account within 1-2 days. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account, depending on your banking institution.

Items purchased online via After-pay can not be returned in store. Items purchased on Tiktok are not eligible for refunds. After-pay products can get store credit. Product exchanges are permitted. You can buy a new item if the goods are returned to the store. If necessary, store credit may be given. Shipping costs will not be regarded as an exchange because they are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and items purchased on tiktok. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
