Shipping policy

Efficient shipping and handling services are critical components of any successful retail operation. At LeDeSaRa, we prioritize the delivery experience for our clients, ensuring that their orders arrive promptly and in excellent condition. Our partnership with Canada Post and Chit Chats enables us to provide economical shipping solutions that cater to a variety of customer needs. 

  • If the user chooses a deal at checkout, we offer free gift wrapping.
  • Orders are sent Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the US and CA.

Shipping within Canada:

  • We provide free pickup. Pickup is available on next business day 12:00-3:00 pm from our Queensway location. Payment needs to be cleared. Appointment is required for pickup confirmation.
  • There aren't any handling fees.
  • Orders will be shipped by Canada post or Chit Chat Courier service.
  • Tracking id will be provided to track the orders.
  • Orders below $25 can be picked up free.
  • Orders below $25 can not be shipped.
  • Orders value less than $99.99 will have fixed shipping charges CAD $10.
  • Orders over $100 ship for free inside Canada.
  • Delivery time  is 5-7 business days.

For US Shipments: 

  • CAD is used for all product prices.
  • Shipping is calculated in USD.
  • There aren't any handling fees.
  • Orders will be shipped by Canada post or Chit Chat Courier service.
  • Tracking id will be provided to track the order.
  • Delivery period is 7-12 days, depending on the location and custom clearance.
  • Orders less than $50 can not be shipped.
  • Orders value $50 to $149.99 will have fixed shipping USD 20.
  • Orders value $150 and above will be shipped free.
